The Living Seed Company LLC primarily ships via USPS Advantage and Priority mail, guaranteeing your seeds arriving to your doorstep quickly. We strive on shipping in a timely manner, usually between 1 - 3 business days.
The Living Seed Company no longer ships internationally. After 10 years of offering The Living Seed Company globally, we are no longer able to, due to increased restrictions on the importation of seeds and the costly requirements of a phytosanitary certificate.
Returns
The Living Seed Company LLC prides themselves on excellent customer service. For any reason you are not happy with your seeds, contact us and we will send you a replacement. The Living Seed Company LLC conducts germination tests, biannually on all of our seed stock, assuring that what we send out exceeds federal germination standards.
Due to the nature of our business and the conditions in which we store and maintain our seeds, we do not accept returns.
The Living Seed Company limits the liability for a loss in harvest or any monetary loss that may have been associated with the purchase of seeds to the purchase cost of seeds.
USPS Returns
If packages are returned to us due to being undeliverable, we will notify you and will gladly resend the order. We request payment for reshipping as well as a corrected address.
If an order is not delivered because the customer has moved or provided an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping.
All packages returned and unclaimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned.
