Open-Pollinated Non-GMO Floriani Corn Seeds  Zea Mays

This stunningly red  flint corn hails from Italy’s Valsugana Valley.  Known for its unforgettable flavor and texture, the Floriani is an excellent staple for those interested in self-sufficiency.  A rare corn, the Floriani produces excellent cornmeal and polenta.  This heirloom was developed to be the staple corn for polenta in this valley.

Very productive and results in a deep yellow corn meal with a pink undertone.
