Organic Rosemary - Rosmarinus officinalis
A very attractive Mediterranean native. Woody and aromatic. Rosemary has a spicy flavor, all of its own, that is great in roasted potatoes, flavoring vegetables, soups and meats. The delicate, ornate small flowers are also a tasty addition to salads... I love to pluck them from the plants and pop them in my mouth! Our bees love them too!
