Organic Oregon Giant Snow Pea Seeds - Pisum sativum
Organic, Non-GMO, Open-Pollinated Oregon Giant Snow Pea Seeds
Developed by Dr. James Baggett at Oregon State University, the Oregon Giant is a large-podded, high-yielding snow pea known for its sweet flavor and crisp texture. Each pod holds tender, delicious peas and offers excellent disease resistance—standing up to fusarium wilt (race 1), pea enation mosaic virus, and powdery mildew.
Enjoy them fresh in salads, lightly steamed, or tossed in at the end of a stir-fry or fried rice. These vigorous plants tolerate some heat and are ideal for spring gardens.
Blanch and freeze to preserve that sweet, early-summer flavor in your freezer all year long!
