Gaucho Dry Bush Bean - Phaseolus vulgaris
Named after the classic cowboy’s of the South American Pampas. This delicious heirloom matures early and can be enjoyed as a fresh wax bean or as a cooked dry bean.
Beans are a stunning caramel color.
Very productive.
A darling Mexican heirloom named for its mottled appearance. A great stringless, long, thin snap bean when young. The dry bean, rich and nutty in flavor, is wonderful for soups or over rice and will keep its beautiful bi-colored markings when cooked. This one receives many ohhs and ahhs when seed for the first time.
Productive and strong!
