These peachy-colored peppers take their time ripening and are more than worth the wait. Plants can grow 4-5’ and, while slow to color, are highly productive. Keep soil temps 80-90ºF while germinating, and grow at 70ºF. 

Harvest: 120 days. Harvest when fully ripe. Consistent harvesting encourages ample production.

Transplant after danger of frost has subsuded. Trellis or stake plant to prevent fruit from resting on the ground. Add mulch to base of plant to prevent disease, keep weeds at bay and conserve moisture.
